This Refund Policy applies to Cars Flipping subscriptions bought on carsflipping.com from Brite Technologies LLC. Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd.
Trials
Paid trial: the Monthly plan may start with a 3-day trial for a one-time fee (for example $9), shown on the checkout before you pay. Cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged again. The trial fee is covered by the 14-day refund window below.
Free trial: if a plan is offered with a free trial, you are not charged during the trial. Cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.
Refunds
- 14-day refund window: if you are not happy with a charge, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it — including a trial fee, the first charge after a trial ends and the first payment of a plan without a trial.
- Renewals: renewal charges are refundable on the same basis — contact us within 14 days of the renewal.
- After 14 days: charges are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Statutory rights: nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
How to request a refund
Email hello@britetodo.com with the email you used at checkout and the order number from your receipt, or use the "request a refund" link in your Paddle receipt email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days.
