These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cars Flipping — the website carsflipping.com and the web app (together, the "Service") — provided by Brite Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial or buying a subscription you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Cars Flipping helps people who buy used or damaged vehicles to repair and resell them. You add photos of a vehicle, a link to a public listing or the listing text, and the Service returns an estimate of the repair cost, a resale value range based on market listings and AI estimates, a profit calculation and a suggested maximum purchase price. All results are estimates. They are based on the information and photos you provide, on publicly available market data and on AI analysis, and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not an appraisal, an inspection, a vehicle history report, financial or investment advice, or a guarantee of any repair cost, sale price or profit. You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle, verifying its title, VIN and history, and for every purchase and sale decision you make.
Accounts
You need an account to use the web app. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
Subscriptions, trials and pricing
- Plans: Weekly — US$9.99 per week; Monthly — US$29.99 per month with a 3-day trial; Yearly — US$99 per year. Current prices are always shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
- Trials: a plan may start with a free trial or with a paid trial (a one-time trial fee, for example $9 for 3 days, shown before you pay). During a free trial you are not charged; for a paid trial you are charged only the trial fee. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and you are charged the plan price at the end of the trial.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (week, month or year) at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Taxes: applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Price changes: if we change a price, the new price applies from your next renewal after we notify you.
- Fair use: a subscription is for your own use; we may limit the number of analyses per day to keep the Service available to everyone.
Payments and merchant of record
Orders placed on carsflipping.com are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for those orders, and are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time — from the Account tab of the web app, from the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing hello@britetodo.com. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling during a free trial means you are never charged. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Your content and third-party content
You keep all rights to the photos and information you add. You give us permission to process them (including with AI model providers) only to provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload them. Listing pages and market data come from third parties; we do not own them, endorse any seller or vehicle, and are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller or buyer.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access other users' data, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping or resale of the results, and no use of the Service to deceive sellers, buyers or insurers.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brite Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on generated estimates, including vehicle purchases that lose money. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page or by email. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
